End-to-End Recruitment: Own and drive the full-lifecycle recruiting process for diverse business departments
Strategic Sourcing & Strategy: Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent and keep our hiring pipeline robust
Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and secure the best market talent
Proactive Sourcing & Talent Pooling: Actively hunt for passive candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, building a sustainable and engaged talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Assessment & Selection: Conduct structured interviews and lead candidate debriefs to rigorously evaluate both technical capabilities and cultural fit
Employer Branding & Events: Represent the company at recruitment events and actively drive initiatives to strengthen our employer brand internally and externally
Data-Driven Recruiting: Leverage recruitment data and market analytics to derive actionable insights, optimize talent acquisition funnels, and drive data-informed hiring decisions alongside key stakeholders
Recruiting Expertise: Proven track record and solid professional experience in full-lifecycle talent acquisition.
Academic Background: Completed university degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Core Competencies: Outstanding organizational skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Resilience & Initiative: Strong ability to prioritize effectively under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and proactively solve complex challenges.
Language Proficiency: Business fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
