Role Description This full-time Graphic Design Intern role is an on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will support the design team in creating visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, and product-related visuals. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with concept development, transforming briefs into designs, and iterating based on feedback from designers, marketers, and product teams. The intern will work with brand guidelines to ensure consistency across campaigns, perform basic image editing and preparation for production, and help maintain design libraries and asset repositories. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in reviews, and learning standard workflows and tools used in a modern product and marketing environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with an ability to translate ideas into clear visual concepts.
Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to contribute to brand identity work and maintain consistent visual language across assets.
Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing, including basic retouching, resizing, and optimization for different platforms and formats.
Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar) and a portfolio or sample work demonstrating design capability.
Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
Strong communication skills, ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment, and effective time management to handle multiple tasks.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
