Role Description The Coordinator – MIS, Audit & Stock is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for maintaining accurate management information systems, coordinating audits, and overseeing stock-related data and processes. This role involves updating and monitoring MIS reports, tracking inventory movements, and ensuring data integrity across relevant systems. The coordinator will support internal audits, assist with stock verification, and prepare periodic analytical reports for management decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with store and operations teams, resolving data discrepancies, maintaining documentation, and supporting administrative activities related to MIS, audit, and stock control.
Qualifications
Hindi language is an added advantage.
Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills, including experience with data management and reporting tools.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify variances, and support decision-making through clear, concise reporting.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, share updates, and document processes clearly.
Candidates should possess sound Administration skills to manage records, support audit procedures, and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
Relevant experience in retail operations, inventory or stock management, and audit support is beneficial.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, is preferred.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field is advantageous.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to timelines in a fast-paced environment.
