Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer/Video Editor/Motion Graphics role based in Bengaluru. The role involves creating digital graphics, visual assets, and motion designs for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and product showcases. The team member will edit videos, add motion graphics, and produce short promotional clips that highlight furniture solutions, workspace designs, and brand stories. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand requirements, translating briefs into compelling visual concepts, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual content. The role also requires managing multiple design projects, preparing files for print and digital use, and staying updated on design and motion trends relevant to office furniture and workspace solutions.
Qualifications
Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience in video editing and motion graphics using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
Ability to create digital assets for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
Understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, color theory, and brand guidelines.
Experience designing for product showcases, catalogs, or interior/workspace visuals is an advantage.
Capability to interpret briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver projects within deadlines.
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design, video editing, and motion graphics work; experience in furniture or B2B sectors is a plus.
Attention to detail, willingness to learn new tools and techniques, and comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
