Roles & Responsibilities
· Conduct sector-wise and company-level research to identify potential transaction opportunities and build qualified target pipelines across SMEs and Mid-market companies
· Create, update, and maintain coverage databases, deal trackers, and target company records with relevant business, promoter, and capital requirement insights.
· Assist client engagement by connecting with Promoters, CFOs, and Key Decision Makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and research platforms.
· Support preparation of Pitch Decks, Information Memorandums (IMs), Credit Notes, Teasers, and transaction materials.
· Assist in financial analysis, financial modelling, cash flow assessment, DSCR analysis, and due diligence coordination.
Job Requirements
· MBA Finance / CFA Level 1 / CA Inter (Completed / Pursuing)
· Strong interest in Investment Banking, Structured Finance, Corporate Finance, and Capital Raising
· Sound understanding of financial statements, valuation, financial modelling, and transaction processes
· Strong communication, business development, and stakeholder management skills
· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, financial databases, and research tools
· High ownership, execution orientation, analytical mindset, and attention to detail
