Requirements, Skills
& Competencies
Diploma or degree with 5–10 years of
experience in testing laboratory, quality assurance, or product testing
environment, NPD support (OFC/OPGW preferred). Knowledge of IMS standards
(ISO 9001,14001, 45001, IEC 17025, NABL accreditation) and audit processes.
Experience in handling calibration systems, vendor development, and
third-party inspections.
Proficiency in quality measurement tools related
to OFC, OPGW, FRP & IGFR, NABL activities coordination and communication
skills.
Leadership in driving quality improvement
initiatives and audit compliance, Accountability and ownership NABL related
quality documentation.
Job Purpose
The role is
responsible for managing laboratory equipment, calibration, test records, and
quality assurance activities to support compliance with ISO/NABL/OPGW requirements.
Additionally, the position contributes to continuous improvement, corrective
actions and audit support.
