Senior Agency Partner

VineGarden Films is looking to partner with a senior advertising professional as we expand our presence and partnerships across the advertising ecosystem.
This is a fractional, consulting engagement – not a full-time position. It is designed as a senior partnership mandate, with the individual working alongside the leadership team rather than in a subordinate role.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
· 12–15+ years of experience across advertising agencies, production, or brand communication, with a real feel for how creative and commercial conversations come together.
· Established relationships and credibility across the advertising agency ecosystem.
· A confident, senior voice who can represent VineGarden Films in industry conversations.
· A genuine sensibility for creative work, alongside strong business instincts.
· Someone who enjoys opening relevant conversations, building partnerships, and identifying meaningful opportunities.
THE MANDATE
The engagement will focus on developing agency relationships, facilitating relevant conversations and introductions, identifying suitable ad-film opportunities, and helping strengthen VineGarden Films' presence within the advertising ecosystem. The VineGarden Films team will lead pitching, commercials, and production conversations as opportunities progress.
