Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Chandigarh. The Architect will develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and building codes. Daily responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with consultants and contractors, participating in client meetings, and supporting feasibility studies and urban design initiatives. The role involves overseeing project progress, collaborating with internal teams to resolve design and technical challenges, and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The Architect is expected to contribute to design reviews and propose innovative solutions that align with Phoenix Design Studio’s standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in residential and commercial projects.
Ability to manage Integration of design elements and systems within projects, ensuring coherence and functionality.
Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring timelines and deliverables.
Exposure to or understanding of Software Development principles for design tools or integrations is an advantage.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a portfolio demonstrating creative and practical design solutions.
