Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role located in the Pune Division. The Junior Architect will assist in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and supporting detailed design documentation. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with team and external consultants, contributing to project presentations, and ensuring design compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role also involves participating in site visits, collecting design inputs, and helping to resolve design and coordination issues during project execution.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client requirements into clear design solutions.
Working knowledge of Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to architectural tools, BIM platforms, or design workflows.
Basic Project Management skills to support scheduling, documentation, and coordination across project stakeholders.
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and standard office productivity tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; eligibility for professional licensure is an advantage.
Strong visualization, drafting, and detailing abilities, with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team on-site.
Interest in local building practices, codes, and sustainable design principles within the Pune and Maharashtra context.
