AI Data Quality Specialis

Role Description The AI Data Quality Specialist is a part-time remote role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data used in AI-driven matching and recommendation systems. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and validating candidate and job-related datasets, identifying anomalies or gaps, and applying data quality standards to maintain reliable inputs for AI models. The specialist will collaborate with product and technology team members to refine data schemas, improve data collection processes, and support the design of quality metrics and dashboards. Additional responsibilities include documenting data issues, suggesting process improvements, and contributing to test plans for new data features and AI enhancements. This role requires a detail-oriented approach, strong analytical capabilities, and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret complex datasets and identify trends, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
Data analytics and data analysis skills to evaluate data quality, generate insights, and support decision-making for AI-based systems.
Experience in data management and data modeling to structure, maintain, and optimize datasets used across multiple tools and platforms.
Familiarity with data quality frameworks, validation techniques, and basic statistics to support robust AI and reporting workflows.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, basic SQL or BI tools) for data cleaning and reporting.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage part-time workloads effectively in a remote setting.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Background or interest in accounting, finance, or CA career pathways is preferred; prior experience with AI or data-centric platforms is an advantage.
