Responsibilities
What you'll do.
Design product flows, wireframes and high-fidelity screens in Figma.
Collaborate with engineers to hand off pixel-tight, tokenised components.
Run lightweight discovery — audit, interview, sketch — before jumping into UI.
Contribute to the studio's evolving component and pattern library.
Requirements
What we're looking for.
3+ years designing shipped digital products end-to-end.
Editorial eye for typography, spacing, hierarchy and motion.
Fluent in Figma; comfortable with tokens, auto-layout and component APIs.
You articulate design decisions clearly, in writing and in critique.
