As we continue expanding across India, we are looking for an energetic and result-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive franchise sales and achieve monthly territory sales targets.
Identify, qualify, and convert prospective franchise partners.
Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
Conduct virtual presentations, meetings, and business discussions with prospects.
Support franchise partners with business setup, operational guidance, and growth strategies.
Monitor territory performance and recommend initiatives to improve revenue and market penetration.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth franchise launches.
Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, forecasts, and pipeline management.
Ensure franchise partners follow Waasle Laundry's operational standards and brand guidelines.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or franchise sales.
Strong understanding of sales management and territory planning.
Ability to train, mentor, and support franchise partners.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and online meeting platforms.
Experience in franchise, retail, service, or FMCG industries will be an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
