USA Accounting Specialist

Seed Outsourcing is hiring an experienced USA Accounting Specialist to work directly with one of our USA-based clients.
Work Mode: Work From Home
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST
Experience: 2–4 Years
Client: USA-Based
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Handle and organize high volumes of receipts, invoices, and financial documents.
Record and categorize transactions using QuickBooks.
Perform account and bank reconciliations.
Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and routine financial reporting.
Ensure accuracy, timely processing, and proper documentation of financial transactions.
Key Requirements
2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping.
Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to efficiently manage large volumes of financial data and documents.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Good communication skills.
Experience working with US clients or US accounting processes will be an added advantage.
