Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment: Align individual projects with the company’s broader mission and financial goals.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between customer, leadership, department heads, and project teams.
Resource Orchestration: Manage budgets, headcount, and cross-functional dependencies to prevent bottlenecks.
Risk & Issue Mitigation: Identify systemic risks that could impact multiple projects and develop high-level contingency plans.
Governance & Standards: Establish the methodologies, metrics (KPIs), and "rules of engagement" for all projects within the program.

Change management, conflict resolution, and executive presence (Must have worked in Google Projects and Google Eco system)
Technical
Proficiency in Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet; familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall.

Budgeting, ROI analysis, and advanced data-driven decision-making.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5 years of Program management experience
Certification
PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional).
