Zonal Manager - Premium BU

We are seeking an experienced Zonal Manager - Premium to lead and drive the annual business plan across area and zonal offices. In this role, you will be responsible for sales planning, process management, channel engagement, marketing execution, and leading high-performing teams to expand our presence in the Premium segment.
What You'll Do
Drive Business Growth: Own annual sales plans, primary/secondary targets, and market share objectives.
Empower Channel Partners: Optimize inventory, manage receivables, and drive dealer profitability and engagement.
Elevate Customer Experience: Champion top-tier retail standards, proactive test rides, and high customer satisfaction (NPS/Hero Happiness Score).
Lead & Mentor: Guide high-performing sales teams across area and zonal offices to achieve organizational goals.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 14–16 years in Sales & Channel Management.
Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing.
Key Skills: Business planning, channel management, dealer finance, and a relentless drive for results.
