We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with strong design fundamentals and hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools to join our team at Stashlers Pvt. Ltd., a luxury home décor brand focused on creating beautiful, personalized spaces.
Description:
Use Generative AI tools to create images, concepts, backgrounds, product visuals, lifestyle scenes and creative content
Experiment with AI-generated visual concepts and integrate them into professional marketing designs
Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication
Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales and Content teams to develop campaign creatives
Adapt designs into different formats and dimensions for various platforms
Retouch, edit and enhance product/lifestyle images when required
Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI tools and creative technologies
Build and maintain a library of reusable design assets, templates and visual elements
Create engaging visual content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, ads and other digital platforms
Develop creative concepts and translate marketing briefs into impactful visual communication
Design Skills
Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, hierarchy and visual storytelling
Good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
Ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and commercially effective
Strong understanding of social media design requirements
Strong Command on English Language to write appropriate prompts for Art Generation
Tools
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Knowledge of Figma / Canva / Premiere Pro / After Effects will be an advantage
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Gemini, Runway, Kling, Flux or similar tools
Ability to write effective AI prompts and refine AI-generated outputs into professional creative assets
We’re particularly interested in candidates who don't just use AI, but understand how to use it as a creative partner.
You should be comfortable with:
AI image generation
Prompt engineering
AI-assisted image editing and manipulation
Creating realistic product/lifestyle visuals using AI
Generating creative concepts and moodboards using AI
Combining AI-generated assets with conventional graphic design
Exploring new AI tools and workflows to improve creative output and efficiency
You’ll fit well if you are:

Able to take a rough idea and turn it into a polished visual
Comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment
Good at understanding a brand's visual language
Detail-oriented and quality-conscious
Someone who follows design, advertising, social media and AI trends
