Project Manager (Graphic Designer)

LogoSayLove is looking for a Jr. Project Manager (Graphic Designer) who can take ownership of project coordination while also supporting the team with day-to-day design execution.
This role is for someone who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working hands-on with design.
You’ll work closely with the Founder and design team across branding and packaging projects, primarily for F&B and hospitality brands.
What you'll work on
Manage timelines, tasks and weekly priorities across active projects
Coordinate between the Founder, designers, clients and external collaborators
Follow up on pending inputs, feedback and approvals
Maintain project trackers and ensure deadlines are being met
Break larger project deliverables into clear, actionable tasks
Keep projects moving without constant follow-ups from the Founder
Support the team with graphic design execution
Work on brand identity extensions, packaging, presentations, mockups and marketing collaterals
Prepare files and presentations for internal and client reviews
Maintain consistency with approved brand systems and guidelines
Identify delays, dependencies and bottlenecks early
We're looking for someone who
Has a strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals
Is comfortable working with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Can manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Communicates clearly and follows up proactively
Takes ownership instead of waiting for constant instructions
Has strong attention to detail and visual judgement
Understands timelines, priorities and dependencies
Is comfortable working in a fast-moving creative environment
Has an interest in branding, packaging and F&B
This role would suit someone who
Enjoys organising creative projects while also being involved in the design work.
You won’t necessarily be responsible for defining the entire strategy or creative direction. Your role will be to help the team coordinate, execute and close projects efficiently and on time.
