About the role
InnoPath is a Jeddah-based consultancy delivering architectural and engineering design, technical advisory, and project management for government and private clients. We are hiring an Architect who can take a project from concept through permit-ready documentation, model it in BIM, present it in 3D, and make sure it complies with Saudi codes and municipal requirements from day one.
What you will do
Produce concept, schematic, and detailed architectural designs for commercial, residential, and public projects.
Build and manage Revit/BIM models (LOD 200–400) and coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines; run clash detection in Navisworks.
Prepare 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs for client presentations and investor decks.
Ensure designs comply with the Saudi Building Code (SBC), municipal zoning and setback regulations, and Civil Defense fire and life-safety requirements.
Prepare and submit permit packages through Balady and follow up with the Amanah until approval.
Apply sustainability standards (Mostadam, LEED, or Estidama) and support energy-efficiency and passive-design decisions.
Produce shop drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs, and review contractor submittals during execution.
Support feasibility studies, site assessments, and value-engineering reviews alongside the advisory team.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
5+ years of architectural design experience in Saudi Arabia, with at least one project taken through Balady permitting.
Strong 3D visualization skills in Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or V-Ray; Adobe Creative Suite for presentations.
Solid grasp of the Saudi Building Code, Civil Defense requirements, and municipal building regulations.
