Job description
Supervise and coordinate production activities, including assembly, testing, and packaging of battery products Lead and mentor a team of production technicians by providing guidance .
Plan and allocate resources(e.g., manpower, equipment, materials) .
Monitor production metrics, such as yield, cycle time, and productivity, and implement
corrective actions as needed to achieve production targets .
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues.
Conduct regular inspections of production equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate production records, inventory levels, and documentation.
Qualification- BE / B-Tech – Degree/ Diploma, Operations Management.
Experience-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lithium-ion battery manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
