Role Description The Ayurvedic Performance Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning and executing performance marketing campaigns to promote Ayurvedic sexual wellness products across digital channels, including search, social media, and display networks. Daily activities include conducting market and audience research, optimizing campaigns for lead generation and sales, managing ad budgets, tracking key performance metrics, and preparing regular performance reports. The role also involves collaborating with sales and customer service teams to align marketing strategy with customer needs, coordinating promotional offers, and supporting brand messaging that is accurate, respectful, and compliant with relevant guidelines. The individual in this role will work closely with management to test new marketing initiatives and continuously improve return on investment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Marketing Strategy and Market Research skills to design data-driven performance campaigns and identify target audiences.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, coordinate with internal teams, and support a positive customer experience.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including lead nurturing and conversion-focused thinking, to drive measurable revenue outcomes from marketing efforts.
Candidates should possess familiarity with digital performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics platforms) and basic campaign optimization techniques.
Candidates should possess strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data, use KPIs to guide decisions, and present insights clearly.
Relevant experience in healthcare, wellness, Ayurvedic products, or sexual health marketing is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Noida on a full-time basis.
