Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IBM Sterling Integrator Production Support Engineer to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support for critical B2B/EDI integration platforms. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth operations of IBM Sterling Integrator environments. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with hands-on experience in production support.
Mandatory Skills
3+ years of experience in Application Production Support.
Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI).
Strong knowledge of EDI Transactions (X12, EDIFACT, XML).
Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting Sterling Integrator processes.
Knowledge of business processes, maps, routing rules, and workflows in Sterling SI.
Experience with incident management and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
Strong understanding of file transfer protocols:
SFTP
FTP
AS2
HTTP/S
Experience in log analysis and issue diagnosis.
SQL knowledge for basic data validation and troubleshooting.
Understanding of Linux/Unix commands and shell scripting.
Experience in handling batch jobs and monitoring production environments.
Willingness to work in 24x7 support shifts.
Preferred Skills
Experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway.
Knowledge of integration technologies and middleware environments.
Exposure to cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools.
Experience in ITIL-based support processes.
Basics of Java and XML technologies.
Understanding of SLA management and operational governance
