Windows Server Administration
Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).

Deploy, configure, and maintain virtual machines and virtual infrastructure.
Perform VMware upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning.
Monitor and optimize virtual environment performance.
Configure and manage VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) and disaster recovery solutions.
Implement backup and recovery solutions for VMware workloads.
Cisco UCS Administration
Deploy, configure, and manage Cisco UCS Manager and UCS Fabric Interconnects.
Create and maintain Service Profiles, Policies, Pools, and Templates.
Manage blade and rack servers within UCS environments.
Monitor hardware health and troubleshoot UCS infrastructure issues.
Perform firmware upgrades and lifecycle management activities.
