Job Description – AGM/ Group Manager -Data Center Procurement
·Run competitive bidding events, build request-for-proposals (RFPs), and evaluate general contractors or equipment vendors.
Negotiate pricing, change orders, service level agreements (SLAs).
·Collaboration with internal team exp-design, construction, Consultant, User, legal, and finance teams to meet tight project delivery timelines.
·Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
·Monitor procurement budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
·Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
·Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards in all procurement activities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity exists and continuous innovation is desired

Hands on Procurement exposure in PMO Consultant, PMC Consultant, Design Consultant, General Contractor, MEP, UPS, PAC, HVAC, Diesel Generator, Cooling Tower, Chiller, AMC, Lesioning Consultant, ACS & CCTV, Fire system, Fiber. Structured Cabling, TVRA,
AGM/ Group Manager -Data Center Procurement should have:
·Bachelor's degree of Engineering in CIVIL/Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.
·Minimum 15 years' experience in procurement, with Data Center industry procurement experience is must.
·Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data effectively.
·Experience in ERP systems and procurement software tools (e.g., SAP, ARIBA etc).
·Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
·Experience in managing budgets and cost control measures.
