ABOUT THE ROLE
Synthesia is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to help our sales organization run efficiently, scale smoothly, and make faster, better-informed decisions. You'll own the systems, data, and processes that power our go-to-market motion partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to keep the engine running and to surface the insights leadership needs to forecast and plan.
This is a hands-on role for someone who's equally comfortable deep in Salesforce configuration as they are building a forecast model or presenting a pipeline analysis to sales leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive reporting & analytics — Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, forecast, quota attainment, and funnel conversion; deliver regular reporting to sales leadership
- Support forecasting — Prepare and validate the data behind weekly/monthly/quarterly forecast calls
- Design sales processes — Improve territory planning, lead routing, deal desk operations, and quote-to-cash workflows
- Support compensation & quota planning — Model commission plans, calculate payouts, and assist with quota-setting analysis alongside Finance
- Partner cross-functionally — Work with Marketing, Customer Success/RevOps, and Finance on GTM efficiency initiatives and shared reporting needs
- Identify and troubleshoot — Proactively spot process breakdowns or data issues and drive fixes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5+ years in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analyst role (SaaS experience preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin-level configuration a plus)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL and/or BI tool experience (Tableau, Looker, Omni) a strong plus
- Track record of building reporting and forecasting models used by sales leadership
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders
- Strong analytical and process-improvement mindset — able to translate messy data into clear recommendations
- Excellent communication skills; able to present findings to senior stakeholders
