Geotechnical Engineering Manager / Ground Engineering Director

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineering Manager / Ground Engineering Director to lead geotechnical design, ground investigations, technical assessments, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead geotechnical engineering design, investigations, and project execution.
Manage soil investigations, foundation assessments, slope stability, and ground improvement works.
Review geotechnical reports, calculations, drawings, and technical submissions.
Coordinate with civil and structural engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
Assess ground conditions, geotechnical risks, and construction challenges.
Provide technical recommendations for foundations, excavations, retaining structures, and earthworks.
Monitor geotechnical works and ensure compliance with approved designs and standards.
Support project planning, tendering, cost estimation, and technical evaluations.
Identify and resolve geotechnical and construction issues.
Lead and mentor geotechnical engineering teams.
Requirement
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in geotechnical engineering, ground engineering, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation engineering, slope stability, excavation, and ground improvement.
Experience with geotechnical investigations, testing, analysis, and technical reporting.
Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders.
Professional engineering registration or relevant certification is an advantage.
