Workday Security & Integration Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Workday Security & Integration Functional Consultant to support a large-scale Workday migration and integration program.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Workday Security, Integration Security, ISU/ISSG configuration, API authorization, RaaS, Custom Reports, and security troubleshooting.
🔑 Key Skills Required
• Workday Security – Domain & Business Process Security
• Integration System User (ISU) & Integration System Security Group (ISSG)
• Role-Based & User-Based Security Groups
• SOAP Web Services & REST API Security
• RaaS & Custom Report Security
• EIB & Workday Studio Security
• Workday HCM & Financials Security
• API authorization & data-access troubleshooting
• Postman, SOAP/XML & API troubleshooting
• XML, JSON, SOAP & REST
• SSO, SAML, IAM & authentication concepts
• Least Privilege & Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Security documentation & access matrices
• Experience supporting Development, SIT, UAT & Production environments
🎯 What We're Looking For
✔️ Relevant Workday Security experience
✔️ Strong hands-on Workday Security configuration experience
✔️ Experience troubleshooting authorization, API, report and data-visibility issues
✔️ Experience supporting large-scale Workday migration / transformation / integration programs
✔️ Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills
✔️ Workday Security certification is an added advantage
