Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Music Producer role based in New Delhi. The Music Producer will oversee the end-to-end music creation process, including composing, arranging, recording, and producing tracks that align with project briefs and brand identities. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with artists, directors, and other creatives to define sonic direction, selecting instrumentation and sounds, and supervising sessions with vocalists and musicians. The role also involves working with audio engineers on mixing and mastering, maintaining organized project files, and ensuring delivery of high-quality audio assets on schedule. The Music Producer will contribute ideas for sound design, help integrate music with visuals in video projects, and stay current with trends and technologies in modern music production.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Music Production and Music Technology, including use of DAWs, plugins, and recording workflows.
Solid understanding of Music Theory and composition to create harmonically and rhythmically coherent tracks.
Must have Hands on experience in Devotional bhakti and Folk songs.
Broad knowledge of Music genres, styles, and contemporary trends to adapt sound to different projects.
Awareness of the Music Industry, including release practices, licensing basics, and collaborative workflows.
Experience with sound design, mixing collaboration, and working alongside video and VFX teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with diverse creative stakeholders.
Prior studio or production experience; portfolio or showreel demonstrating produced tracks or relevant projects.
Relevant education or training in audio engineering, music production, or a related field is beneficial.
