Human Resources Intern

About the role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are passionate about recruitment and people management. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play an important role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals across various departments. Specifically, this role will involve:
Assisting in end-to-end recruitment for various open positions.
Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
Following up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, and offer processes.
Representing the Noguilt during campus recruitment drives and hiring events.
Working closely with the HR team to achieve hiring targets within timelines.
Eagerness to build a long-term career in Corporate Recruitment.
Confident personality with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently represent Noguilt during campus drives, career fairs, and other recruitment events.
An ideal candidate will have:
Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes is an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and eagerness to grow.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree preferred)
