About the Role
We are looking for high-performing IT Recruiters who can independently manage end-to-end IT recruitment and consistently deliver quality candidates and closures.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT/Technical recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
Handle technical screening and assess candidates against job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations and joining formalities.
Work on multiple IT requirements simultaneously and meet closure timelines.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Eligibility
✅ 3–5 years of IT/Technical Recruitment experience
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn
✅ Proven track record of IT hiring and closures
✅ Strong candidate screening and coordination skills
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple requirements independently
✅ Immediate joiners / candidates who can join by Monday
