Senior Manager- Management accounts

Key Responsibilities
To recruit and build out high-performance teams that efficiently deliver high-quality outputs
To provide finance, accounting and controllership services for Vistra clients and geographies across the globe
To migrate process from other location to India.
Ensure all accounting activities comply with regulations and company policies
Strategy building to lead towards organisational goals and objectives.
Manage multiple finance, accounting and controllership processes to pre-determined KPIs and SLA. Processes may include, but are not limited to :-
General ledger and sub-ledger accounting
A/R and A/P management
Payroll & Payments
Monthly accounting and clients reporting
Support for statutory accounting and audit
Migrate processes from other locations into the SSC
Implement, follow & monitor a strong governance & delivery model
Guide, motivate the teams for higher productivity, limited attrition, inculcating and implementing automation initiatives
Build the strong team of highly motivated professionals and develop succession plans for team members.
Work with the training department to ensure that development areas are covered.
Reinforce new learning within the team
Preferred candidate profile
The incumbent should be a professionally qualified Chartered Accountant with a post qualification experience ranging from 8-12 yrs.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Good Presentation skills & Customer Focus.
Experience of handling medium to large team size More than 15 people
CA
DipIFR (Diploma in IFRS) would be an advantage.
