PAYROLL and GENERAL ACCOUNTANT (15 Positions.)

Payroll and General Accountant -
Required Nos : 15 Positions
Job Location: Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala, India
Role purpose:
Manage UAE-focused payroll and finance back-office activities for outsourced manpower operations, with emphasis on payroll preparation, client billing and reporting.
Process monthly UAE payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, reimbursements and adjustments.
Prepare payroll reconciliations and employee-wise payroll records; support WPS-related payroll requirements.
Prepare client invoices based on deployment, approved timesheets, agreed rates, overtime and other billable components.
Reconcile client billing against payroll and deployed manpower; support accounts receivable and outstanding follow-up.
Perform bank, vendor and other assigned reconciliations and maintain complete supporting records and audit trails.
Apply working knowledge of UAE VAT to invoicing/accounting support and coordinate with UAE Finance on compliance requirements.
Maintain employee cost sheets, billing summaries and profitability/margin information as required.
Use ERP/accounting/payroll systems and advanced Excel for accurate transaction processing and reporting.
Understand payroll implications of UAE employment requirements, including leave, wages, termination and end-of-service related inputs.
Preferred profile:
B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/CMA Inter or equivalent; 3-6 years relevant experience.
UAE/GCC payroll, manpower outsourcing or staffing-sector experience preferred.
Strong ERP and Excel capability required.
Excellent communication skills.
