What You’ll Do
Become a trusted real estate advisor by staying ahead of market trends, top developers, and the latest projects across our portfolio
Understand clients’ needs, lifestyle preferences, and investment goals to recommend the most suitable properties
Build strong relationships with potential buyers and guide them throughout their property-buying journey
Conduct property viewings and deliver a premium customer experience
Manage and update client interactions through the CRM system to ensure smooth follow-ups and deal progression
Coordinate between clients and developers during negotiations and contracting stages
Ensure all purchase agreements and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently
Maintain long-term relationships with clients by continuously sharing market insights and new opportunities
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Starting 6 months of experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent spoken and written English
A target-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals and exceeding expectations
High level of energy, confidence, and professionalism
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
