Customer Success Manager

Job Description:
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-orientated team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Work on growing a strong channel partner (CP) network for the Bangalore zone and driving sales through them.
● Channel Management – Sourcing Deals from Channel Partners for New Home Sales.
● Conducting regular CP meetings and periodically activating new CPs in the allocated micro-market
● Ensure retention and engagement with existing CPs by providing support and maximising business from a set of identified channel partners and continuously adding to the base of engaged channel partners.
● Identifying the right sets of channel partners to work on focused projects.
● Assist in organising and managing channel partner workshops and events
● Manage any complaints from the respective activated CPs.
Requirements
● Any bachelor's degree.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ready to go on the field. Self-vehicle (mandatory).
● Real estate experience working with a developer in a channel partnering role will be an added benefit.
● Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in an organisation with a minimum of 1-2 appraisals in the same organisation
