Splunk Developer

Project Description:
We are looking for a Splunk Monitoring Developer to support the design, configuration, and rollout of Splunk-based observability and monitoring solutions. The role focuses on implementing dashboards, alerts, and data onboarding to enable end-to-end visibility across applications and platforms
Responsibilities:
Implement and configure Splunk (Splunk Observability / Splunk Enterprise / Splunk Cloud) solutions.
Monitoring & Observability Tool: Splunk, Splunk ITSI
Design and build dashboards, alerts, and monitoring use cases aligned with business and operational needs.
Onboard and integrate metrics, logs, and traces from various systems and applications.
Support initial setup, testing, validation, and go-live activities.
Collaborate with platform, DevOps, and application teams during implementation.
Migrate and redesign existing Grafana dashboards and observability use cases into Splunk.
Support documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Designed and built customized dashboards for infrastructure and application monitoring.
Developed KPI-based visualization panels for performance metrics, error rates, and availability trends
Mandatory Skills Description:
Overall 8-10 years of experience.
4-7 years of experience working with Splunk.
Looking for Splunk developer with Hands-on experience in creating dashboard, creating alerts, publishing data in Splunk, enhancement in applications.
Experience creating dashboards and alerts in Splunk.
Hands-on experience in Splunk implementation and configuration.
Strong understanding of observability and monitoring concepts (metrics, logs, alerts).
Ability to troubleshoot data ingestion and visualization issues.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Familiarity with IT operations, DevOps, or SRE practices.
Prior experience in enterprise-scale monitoring implementations.
