Position Overview
Prizor AITech is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate and compliant accounting practices within the organization.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounts payable, bank reconciliation, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, vendor management, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the organization’s accounting and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage accounts payable and vendor payment processes.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
• Handle TDS deductions, filings, payments, and reconciliations.
• Pass journal entries and maintain ledgers in accounting software/ERP.
• Monitor and maintain vendor accounts and outstanding payments.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory accounting and taxation regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for financial transactions.
• Assist management with accounting-related analysis and financial information as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
Accounts Payable
Bank Reconciliation
Bookkeeping
GST Compliance
TDS Compliance
Vendor Management
General Accounting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience
• Experience working in a technology, IT, or growing business environment.
• Understanding of vendor management and expense accounting.
• Experience with MIS reporting and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with accounting processes in a growing organization.
