Hours: Full-Time.

The US Fulfilment Associate Mission:
We're looking for a temporary Fulfilment Associate to join our team in the US and play a key role in the success of our US operations. Driven by our values, this role will ensure our operations scale with purpose, precision, and heart.
How you'll drive success:
Carefully pick and pack online orders, making sure every detail is right for our customers.
Help keep our inventory beautifully organised and accurate, so the whole team can rely on it.
Welcome and process inbound deliveries quickly and efficiently.
Present each product with thought and care, so every package truly reflects the Astrid & Miyu experience.
Work closely with the team, supporting one another as our volumes grow.
Take pride in keeping our workspace tidy, safe, and inspiring for everyone.
Aim to hit daily goals while staying flexible and proactive when challenges arise
Handle customer returns with care, ensuring a smooth and thoughtful process.
What you'll need to thrive:
Previous experience in fulfilment, logistics, or operations is a bonus - but what matters most is your eagerness to learn.
You’ve got a hands-on approach and feel comfortable balancing different priorities as they come your way.
You care about the details and take pride in what you’re doing, delivering exceptional customer service.
