Founding Product Manager

This is a founding PM role focused on taking the product from 1 → 10. We are eager to talk to you if you have strong product judgment, a sharp sense of quality, and high ownership in building and improving products.

What you will work on
You will be helping in building the best AI-powered mentor for competitive exams. This involves improving how users experience the product - from first interaction to daily usage to conversion - across learning, practice, and consistency.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience or strong proof of work
Strong product thinking and attention to detail
Comfortable working with product data (PostHog) and writing SQL
Ability to work closely with design and engineering
Clear thinking and structured communication
High ownership and bias for action
Strong taste in product and UX
Uses AI actively & have build products with it
Have knack of vibe coding

Responsibilities
Improve user journeys across activation, engagement, retention, and conversion
Identify problems using data and user behavior, and prioritize what to solve
Work with design and engineering to ship product improvements
Collaborate with the growth team on experiments and product-led initiatives
Continuously iterate based on user insights and performance
Contribute to product and design reviews
Take decisions balancing speed and quality
