We are looking for an experienced IT Support / Laptop & Network Technician to join our team.
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Gurgaon
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, hardware, software, and network issues.
- Set up and maintain computers, operating systems, software, printers, and peripherals.
- Support Wi-Fi, LAN, internet connectivity, and basic IT infrastructure.
- Provide day-to-day technical assistance and maintain smooth system operations.
- 2–3 years’ experience in IT support, laptop repair, or network troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and independent working skills.
