Position: Billing Engineer
Location: PAN India as per requirement on site.
Experience Required: 5+ years of relevant billing experience in interior design, turnkey fit-outs, or construction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and process RA bills based on joint site measurements, work progress, and project milestones.
Vendor & Material Reconciliation: Verify vendor/subcontractor invoices against Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Challans, and site records to ensure zero discrepancies.
BOQ & Cost Management: Review the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), assist with rate analysis, and track project costs against the budget.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Project Managers, procurement teams, and accounts to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment collections.
Qualifications: Any Graduate
