SAP CRM Consultant with IS-U Knowledge (6 to 10 years)

We are hiring an experienced SAP CRM Consultant with IS-U Knowledge (6 to 10 years) for PAN India.
Role Details:
• Role: SAP CRM Consultant (IS-U Integration)

What you will be working on:
• Designing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end customer service and utility business processes using SAP CRM integrated with SAP IS-U.
• Implementing and customizing CRM Interaction Center (IC WebClient), Customer Service, Contract Management, Quotation, and Service Orders.
• Configuring master data synchronization and replication (Business Partner, Contract Account, Connection Object, Premise, Point of Delivery) between SAP CRM and SAP IS-U.
• Managing utility front-office transactions including Move-In/Move-Out, Disconnection/Reconnection, and billing inquiries within the CRM IC Web environment.
• Handling CRM Middleware setup, BDoc monitoring, error debugging, and delta synchronization between CRM and IS-U systems.
• Creating functional specifications (FSDs), conducting SIT/UAT, and providing hypercare and production support.
What we are looking for:
• 6 to 10 years of strong hands-on functional experience in SAP CRM.
• Solid working knowledge of SAP IS-U utility processes and integration architectures.
• In-depth expertise in CRM Interaction Center (IC WebClient) configuration and business role setup.
• Strong practical experience in CRM Middleware setup and BDoc troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to handle requirement gathering, testing, defect resolution, and business process optimization.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
