We are looking for a technically proficient, and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support architectural projects for international Architectural firms, Contractors, Builders and Retailers
Junior Architects may be required to collaborate directly with international architects and clients across the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe

Key Technical skills
Expertise in AutoCAD, sketch up, Lumion or Enscape
Ability to work on Architectural GFCS, work drawings, 3d Models etc.
Knowledge of visualization/rendering tools such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Twin motion, or equivalent software would be an added advantage.
Candidates should have a good understanding of Architectural principles, CD sets execution and construction methods, Architectural detailing, Drawing coordination skills

Fresh graduates with a strong architectural portfolio and excellent software skills may also be considered.
Previous experience working on international architectural projects, particularly projects for the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, or European markets, will be an added advantage.
The position is particularly suited to an architect who wants to gain exposure to international architectural projects, BIM/Revit workflows, construction documentation, interior design, 3D visualization, and direct client coordination
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and working drawings based on project requirements.
Ability to draft and detail Architectural elements as per code compliance and standards
Prepare accurate CAD drawings and construction documentation from conceptual designs, sketches, mark-ups, and client inputs.
Assist in developing architectural projects from initial concept through detailed design and construction documentation.
Prepare and revise architectural drawings based on feedback from senior architects, project managers, and clients.
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and appropriate documentation standards across project deliverables.
Prepare Revit construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and architectural details.
Convert sketches, CAD drawings, reference drawings into Revit models or sketch up.
Update models and drawings based on design revisions and client comments.
Create high-quality 3D architectural models and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts.
Develop SketchUp 3D models based on architectural drawings, sketches, and design briefs.
Prepare presentation-ready architectural and interior design visuals.
Assist with material, finish, furniture, lighting, and spatial visualization where required.
Review architectural drawings and designs for compliance with applicable building codes, planning regulations, accessibility requirements, and project-specific standards (Training shall be provided)
Assist senior team members in identifying potential compliance issues during drawing creation
Incorporate required code-related revisions into architectural documentation.
Maintain appropriate documentation for project-specific code and design requirements.
Participate in project discussions and coordination meetings with international architects, consultants, and clients.
Collaborate with project stakeholders from the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Europe, and other international markets.
Proactively seek clarification where project information or design intent is unclear.
Maintain professional written and verbal communication with international clients.
Conduct self-checks and drawing reviews before submission.
Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, properly dimensioned, and professionally presented.
Manage multiple assignments while meeting defined project timelines and quality standards.
Maintain drawing revisions, file structures, naming conventions, and project documentation in accordance with organizational standards.
