100% Remote in Germany | Full-time | PermanentAre you a Product Manager with experience in FinTech, banking or digital financial services? We are looking for a Product Manager – FinTech / Banking Products (m/f/d) to join the Banking Product Team of an established and innovative technology company.
About the company
Our client is a technology company founded in 2015, developing intelligent solutions around banking, transaction and data analytics, account switching, regulatory and document-management processes for B2B and B2B2C customers.
Your role
As Product Manager, you will take ownership of the vision and roadmap of account-switching products and play a key role in identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.You will work closely with customers, partners and internal stakeholders while acting as a sparring partner to the Managing Director Banking on product direction and priorities.
Your responsibilities
Own and further develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap for account-switching products
Drive continuous feature development and identify opportunities for new product concepts
Identify, validate and develop new use cases and European market opportunities
Prioritise the product backlog based on data, customer needs and business impact
Translate customer and partner needs into clear and actionable product requirements
Work closely with technical and business teams to bring ideas from concept to implementation
Monitor product performance and defined KPIs and continuously iterate based on results
What you bring
Several years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Growth Manager
Professional experience in FinTech, banking, payments, open banking or a related financial technology environment
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach to product development
Experience using data and metrics to prioritise products, features and backlogs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
