Executive - Control Tower for Warehouse Operations

We are hiring for the role of Control Tower Executive on an urgent basis for the Gurgaon location.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Monitoring: Monitor daily warehouse operations remotely through ERP/WMS and operational dashboards.
Track inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock movement activities.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, KPIs, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Highlight operational exceptions and escalate critical issues to the reporting manager.
System & Process AnalysisPerform detailed analysis of ERP/WMS transactions to identify process deviations and data inconsistencies.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, delayed transactions, and operational exceptions.
Verify system transactions against process compliance and supporting records.
Support root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
MIS & Data AnalysisPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze operational data using advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and charts.
Maintain operational dashboards and ensure timely reporting.
Provide data-driven insights to improve warehouse performance.
AI & Process Improvement: Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms to improve reporting, summarise operational data, and identify trends.
Support automation of recurring reports and operational analysis.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using digital and AI-enabled solutions.
Inventory & Compliance: Monitor inventory accuracy and transaction integrity.
Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs and process controls.
Support internal audits, stock reconciliation, and compliance reviews.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Coordinate with warehouse teams for clarification and timely resolution of operational issues.
Follow up on corrective actions and track closure.
Support implementation of new operational processes and system enhancements.
Required Skills: Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, charts, basic Power Query preferred).
Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and data analysis.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Certification in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Advanced Excel, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
