General Manager - Franchise

Graduate by Hilton Cambridge is looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead its next chapter.
Set beside the River Cam in the heart of the city, this is a distinctive hotel with a strong sense of place. We are seeking a leader who can bring together memorable guest experiences, a thriving food and beverage operation and strong commercial performance, while giving the team the direction and support to do their best work.
The role
As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the hotel’s people, service, operations and financial results. You will work closely with the ownership and management teams to build on the hotel’s reputation and make the most of its position in Cambridge.
You will:
• Lead, coach and develop the hotel’s leadership team.
• Set high standards across rooms, food and beverage, events and guest experience.
• Own the budget, forecast and overall commercial performance.
• Build strong relationships with Hilton, local partners and the wider community.
• Create a culture where colleagues feel supported, accountable and proud of the hotel.
About you
Previous experience as a General Manager within Hilton is essential. You will understand Hilton’s brand standards, systems and ways of working, and know how to use that experience to deliver results in a hotel with its own character.
You will also bring strong commercial judgement, a visible and hands-on leadership style, and a track record of developing teams and improving guest satisfaction. Experience in a hotel with a substantial food and beverage or events offering would be particularly valuable.
