Extrusion Associate I - 1st shift/Foam fill

Pay rate: $16/hr
The Extrusion Operator is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. This job description is reflective of tasks that will be performed in a variety of departments.
The Production Operator position is an entry-level team member responsible for assembling building material components
This dedicated team member performs one or more repetitive job for loading material to a table to foam fill and load back to rack to back fill with foam.
Processes include insertion a foam gun tip into profile and shooting to chemicals one resin and one ISO to combine for foam reaction
Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers
Lifting requirements: 20 lbs. frequently; 40 lbs. occasionally for light production; and 40 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally for heavy production.
Have the ability to operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble.
Have the ability to be cross-trained in multiple functions within and between multiple department lines.
Employees are required to stand or walk on a concrete floor surface for up to a twelve-hour shift.
