• Good command of Written and Oral English
Smart Serve Certification Required
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
• Secondary School Education
• Certified Food Handler
• Previous Barista experience

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Ensuring a sound knowledge of all menu items available from the Grab & Go.
• Taking and inputting guest orders into the appropriate point of sale system.
• Preparing drink items as requested by the guest – mainly including, but not limited to coffee, tea, hot chocolate and specialty coffees.
• Warming food as requested by the guest – e.g. pre made breakfast and lunch sandwiches.
• Serving items to guests providing appropriate condiments and accompaniments.
• Ensuring payment is received for all items served to the guest.
• Answering any guest enquiry wishing to have items from the Grab & Go delivered to their room.
• Prepare and deliver such items to the guest room in the appropriate packaging.
• Ensure all items in the Grab & Go are well-stocked at all times, ensuring that all products are still within their expiration date.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the Grab & Go area.
