Role Description The Senior Python Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based applications and services that support AI-driven roof drawing and insurance workflows. Daily responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, optimizing existing modules, integrating third-party APIs and data sources, and collaborating closely with product managers, QA specialists, and other developers. The Senior Python Developer will participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to architectural decisions. The role also involves mentoring team members, improving development processes, and supporting the deployment and monitoring of applications in production environments.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python development, including experience with object-oriented programming and writing scalable, maintainable code.
Hands-on experience with web frameworks (such as Django or Flask) and FastApi or RESTful API design and integration.
Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), data modeling, and performance optimization.
Experience working with AI/ML workflows or data-intensive applications, preferably in domains such as insurance, construction, or similar industries.
Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices, including code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.
Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical leadership within a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
