Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day civil engineering activities at project sites in Kochi, ensuring that construction work aligns with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising site operations, coordinating with architects, contractors, and project managers, monitoring quality control, and verifying material usage and workmanship. The role involves planning and scheduling site activities, managing site documentation, conducting inspections, and addressing technical issues that arise during construction. The Site Civil Engineer will also support execution of stormwater management solutions, infrastructure works, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi.
Qualifications
0- 2 Experience in Construction or Interior Design
Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret and apply engineering principles to site work.
Candidates should demonstrate experience as Civil Engineers in planning and overseeing construction activities, including site layout and project coordination.
Candidates should possess knowledge and practical experience in Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related infrastructure solutions.
Candidates should have proficiency in construction drawings, quantity estimation, and basic project scheduling tools.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with relevant site engineering experience in building or infrastructure projects.
Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in an on-site environment.
