Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman with 2–4 years of experience in architectural and interior design documentation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in preparing detailed drawings, GFCs, and tender documentation with accuracy and speed, while coordinating effectively with the design team, consultants, and site engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural and interior working drawings, including layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed joinery drawings.
Develop GFC (Good for Construction) and tender drawings in coordination with architects and interior designers.
Update and maintain drawing sets as per site progress and design changes.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all CAD drawings and documentation.
Coordinate with MEP consultants to integrate services layouts with architectural drawings.
Prepare as-built drawings based on site measurements and mark-ups.
Maintain drawing libraries, standard templates, and layer management protocols.
Support the design team in preparing presentation drawings when required.
Requirements & Skills:
Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil, or Interior Design.
2–4 years of experience in architectural or interior design firms (Mandatory)
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or Photoshop will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of detailing, materials, and construction techniques.
Ability to interpret and translate design intent into technical drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Eye for detail, with a strong sense of precision and organization.
