Position Overview
We are seeking an execution-focused Partner Network Manager to scale and optimize our manufacturing supplier ecosystem in India. In this critical role, you will expand the local supply base, drive rigorous partner performance, and optimize capacity across core manufacturing processes to fulfill both domestic and global demand.
Key Responsibilities
Network Growth & Acquisition - Execute regional strategies to onboard high-performing partners across CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Sheet Metal, and Injection Molding.
Performance & Quality- Implement frameworks to monitor quality, on-time delivery, and responsiveness. Address performance gaps directly with partners.
Capacity & Fulfillment- Align local capacity with global demand, optimize lead times and costs, and coordinate cross-functionally with Operations & Sales.
Team Leadership- Lead and mentor a data-driven regional team while advocating for the needs of the Indian partner ecosystem internally.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5–8 years total experience, including 2–3 years of strategy consulting experience plus 3–5 years in supply network management, B2B marketplace leadership, or B2C e-commerce leadership.
Industry Capability: Hands-on experience scaling supplier networks in India with solid operational knowledge of key manufacturing technologies (e.g., CNC, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal).
Leadership: Proven track record of managing and developing cross-functional operational or supplier management teams.
Languages & Mobility: Fluent in English (proficiency in local Indian languages is a plus); willing to travel up to 25% domestically.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within a high-growth technology or digital marketplace company.
Familiarity with digital manufacturing platforms or Industry 4.0 concepts.
Operational background in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
